Translation by Kmarie offers English-Spanish translation, interpretation, and notary public services. Services may be provided in person or virtually, depending on the nature of the service and the agreement made at the time of booking.
Clients must schedule all services in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All services are offered à la carte and are billed at the stated rates. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain services may require a deposit.
All documents provided for translation will be handled with the utmost care and confidentiality. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of original information provided.
Translation by Kmarie does not provide legal advice. While we can assist with document translation and notary services, clients are advised to consult with a licensed attorney for legal matters.
Translation by Kmarie is not liable for any errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client. We are also not responsible for the consequences of misinterpreted information when a third party is involved in communication.
